Tooltips sticking onto screen

Hi i've recently downloaded TX16WX for garageband and i've found out that the yellow tooltips, the ones where you hover over an icon, sticks onto the screen even when minimized and only goes when closing garageband completely. The worse thing is that all the yellow tips stick onto the screen so they completely cover my screen. As you can imagine it gets very clustered and unproductive. I've restarted my computer, i've deleted the component file and redownloaded the AUvers for mac repeatedly. Still the same result.

The company that makes TX16WX doesn't have a help line either and i can't really find a way to turn it off via the plug-in.

I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and has found a solution?

P.s. im running 10.3 garageband and the latest vers of TX16WX

I have same situation using garageband 10.3
Before updating garageband, I didnt have the problem.
I think sticky annoying tooltips are caused by garageband. Apple should release garageband 10.4 soon.
