Sample file names unter C0 can not be recognized?

I have sample sets with pitches under C0 (Like B-1).

But when I drag and drop them on the key mapper they are not recognized and consequently wrongly mapped. Though TX16Wx itself is using these kind of negative numbers for these low octaves.

Is there a way to fix this other than renaming all my samples files? Any workaround?

Thank you!

Dragging files into the wave mapper does not use the file name(s), only sample root info metadata (if available). In TX16Wx Pro you can remap samples based on name tokens.

thank you.

I have PRO and get the remap dialog, but B-1 is not recognized. I get "B" and "1" (without the minus) as separate token

Right, true. "-" is a token separator. Might be a point to make that configurable/dialog option... Right now the token separator set it wholly hard coded.

Makes sense... but thanks anyway, so I can stop experimenting. Will try to workaround somehow.. MIDI numbers or batch edit root tags...

Thanks again!
