error when loading theDAW

Hi i still have the old version os the sampler installed. I installed the new version and i got this error message when booting up my daw and even though the vst and vst3 are in the right folder i cannot get them to show up. The error message is ERROR: +200CT+0CT. I am using windows 10 and Reaper daw. Cant wait to try the new version! thanks!!
