How to submit news for the main page news feed?

I asked this question Ben[KVR] directly, but never got a response.

How do people submit news for the official news feed?

Is it via this page?
http://www.kvraudio.com/submissions.php

Do people need specific permission or something? (or setup something like a developer account?)
Is the news limited to certain topics?
How fast are the news usually posted once submitted?

Simple yet important questions. If somebody knows, please fill me in.

That page you linked to seems to hold all necessary info. If you are a developer or company (are you?) then yes, you need a developer account and I imagine you then have access to a form to post news.

If you want to have some random news posted not related to you as a developer or company, just post a topic in Everything Else. It's up to the company itself to get it posted in the Kvr News section.
