Is there an easy way to remove a single forum from the latest posts list?

When I go to My Forums, there is a list of a bazillion forums, and by default it at least looks like none of them are selected.

I want to hide all posts in just the Bitwig forum. Is there any way to do this without having to manually click on the name of every other forum in the list?

No,but a feature to removing by clicking once would be nice

An option to select all/clear all would probably do the trick in this case at least.
