New fora should be in the sidebar

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

by default. I just found out we had a mobile apps forum as I tend to just scan the recent posts to see what's new ( I guess I'm not the only one). Having to go into preferences to add a new forum to the sidebar is silly if you don't know it exists - it should be added by default then if people don't like it they can opt out.
