Review scoring points

Hi,

I read the user reviews at KVR with great joy. However, a lot of times people complain about parameters messing up the overall score. For example, if one has never contacted support, what rating should one give?

I think that an easy solution would be to simply count the parameters that the reviewer has answered. So, if the reviewer has not contacted support, he or she simply skips that question (or choose "n/a" or the like) and then it should not affect the result.

At least that is how I would have done it, had I written the forum code...
