customer service forum needed

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

Not customer service from KvR of course, but with all the companies in the database we should have a customer service forum for members to report good service and bad at. I realize that it would have to heavily moderated but I think it would be helpful to others making choices to be able to know what to expect from companies.

Or maybe I should just write more reviews...:shrug:
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
