idea: special (email) message when someone quotes w/ name

Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

We already get email notice of new replies, however I often find myself losing intersent in a discussion where I posted something.
So a special email or symbol or fanfare if someone quoted me with my nick would be useful.
