Best Service Engine Trouble (What am I doing wrong?)

I'm am hoping someone can help me. I just purchased the Celtic Era sound library and assumed the Engine player would be fairly straight forward. It's not. There were no instructions included that deal with this issue.

For starters, after I installed the library, I try to load a sound and get a message "Cannot load file "vol/x/x/x/celtic era/etc.." basic_chunk_input_stream_: chunk not valid or no chunk at all!"

I have no idea what this means and google doesn't either. Do i need to validate the library on the website? I see in my account there is a new acivation page, but it wants a product code. Where is that code found??

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
