I bought "The Orchestra" from timespace and didn't receive a serial for a week. I finally contacted them and they gave me a serial number. However, when I tried to apply it it said that it had already been used. Timespace then said that BestService has had some issues with there serials and I needed to contact them about getting another serial number.

I emailed them this morning (USA time) but have not yet heard back from them. Anyone else have this issue?
