Celtic Era library

I have had this library for a few months now and very pleased with the Sound libraries it has.
I changed a file in the path where I had it seated on the destination path, only to find my Celtic Era library went missing, unable to reinstate it,
I contacted Best Service with the problem, they said to reinstall the library again, in which I did but it did not work, error message came up Ytif file missing, now I have no Celtic Era library at all.
has anyone dealt with this problem and resolved it, would appreciate any advice.
