Accordions2 and Cubase9.5 loose first part of sample

If I play Accordions2 in Cubase 9.5 by keyboard everything is ok.

But if I use the sequencer Cubase9.5 to play "Concert Accordion Basses" with rhythm "Tango2" the first 2 seconds of the samples will get lost.

Live played it's ok, but in Cubase9.5 playback first few notes of the loop get lost.
