Will there ever be a sequel? Or at least an expansion pack with new guitar, perhaps something more geared towards hard rock or metal?

i didn´t have any informations regarding any sequel or similar sorry. At best get in touch with Vir2 directly about your inquiry. BTW there are many other libraries available which could be a solution for your needs.
