VirtualCZ v1.0.2 VST2 lacks "main" exports

Hi, Oli Larkin.

I have reported this issue to PluginBoutique years ago but not fixed yet.
VirtualCZ v1.0.2 has "VSTPluginMain" but doesn't have "main" in the binary.
Some classic hosts cannot load your plugin due to this.



I am using FX Teleport which can load only "main" exports.

I coded custom wrapper myself to make it working, but I hope you support it officially.

Just add 1 line to the *.def file.
