NEW VST: CK_Launcher: Universal Sample Trigger Player

Hi Everyone,
I've released CK_Launcher: Universal Sample Trigger Player that will work with most dedicated Hardware Trigger units to play samples. This allows those H/W units to be used in any Music Host.
