Busted HS8 input, can I DIY fix?

HS8 in question was plugged when it made a rapid descent to the floor, landing in such a way that the weight of the monitor jammed the cable into the input with great vigor. Does this (see attached image) require a professional fix?

I would say if you don't feel comfortable fixing it yourself you should probably get a professional to look at it.
