Rokit8 speaker tweeter buzz - help to diagnose

I need some help diagnosing a problem with buzzing I can hear in the tweeter of one of my speakers

Here is the KRK Rokit8 speaker that has a 'buzz' in the tweeter on certain frequencies, this sample is repeated several times and can be heard when they say "here is..."
