How to get notified of BigTick updates

Me also. Own Rhino, happened to see the 2.14 update here on KVR, but I'd much rather get an email, which I didn't. Checked my profile, seems to be set to get emails. Did one go out for Rhino 2.14 yet?

No. I'm considering dropping email notifications entirely, most of the time they end up in the user's spam folder anyway.
