I've set my pitch bend range to 2 semitones but I'd like to be able to switch between 1 and 2 semitone with keys on my keyboard. Is that possible?

No. But you can MIDI learn the pitch bend range knob to a MIDI CC, then restrict its range using MIDI Automation panel in Kontakt.

Does that mean that I can't change the pitch bend range when "live"? Isn't there a way to change a certain automation value (pitch bend range in this case) with a keyboard key?

I just realised that you can set the global pitch bend range in Kontakt. Is there a way to change that value with the keyboard?
