Impact Soundworks

Yesterday I bought myself a copy of shreddage3 Jupiter. I was really looking forward to trying it out. But when I entered the serial number it was already taken.

I contacted Impact soundworks but no response

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

It was not cheap so I exspected it to work

If you've already contacted ISW support, give them 24 to 48hrs~ ... these guys are pretty busy but they will get back to you.

I find it really strange that you were provided with an existing S/N
But like I said, support will sort things out.
Otherwise there's virtually nothing any of us can do for you.

Thanks for your answers.. I was too impatient. The next day they contacted me. They needed some more information about the issue. Now I hope they can solve it. Maybe they should program a better key-generator.. Then their support would be less busy
