Shreddage 3 multi-tracking not working

Shreddage 3 multi-tracking not working. No matter which I enable it still is only one track. It once worked now it doesn't. Please help.

What exactly do you mean? Multitracking definitely does work here. The idea is not to use multiple outputs - everything happens over the main stereo output. If you see polyphony rising when you play a single key and as you turn guitars on one by one, then it is working.
