Shreddage 3 Multi Tracking

Hey all, I've been messing around with Shreddage 3 and can't seem to figure out how to multi track like i was able to do in Shreddage 2. I know its possible within Kontakt but I'm loading Guitar Rig rather than the built in amps. The manual didn't seem to give a good enough explanation. Any help?? Thanks!

I'll also add in that only one NKI plays at a time. So if i mute the left guitar, the right one will play but not if the left one is not muted :/
