Slow laggy on Mac

draggin generators from the lists onto the composition is very laggy any ideas?? it takes several seconds to actually place a chord generator. Any ideas would be awesome.....10.14.5 Mac version.

I find no explanation for this. It works well on my macbook and no other user reported this problem.
However I found and fixed 2 issues recently that caused increased CPU usage. The fix will be uploaded early next week as v3.82.
Are other dragging operations laggy too? E.g. dropping a chord progression on the master track, or dropping a MIDI file on a track.
If you insert a phrase by double-clicking on the workspace, is there a delay?

Yes anytime I move something close to the progression window it slows down....
