Default Settings of New Track Options

Hi,

Is it possible to set user-chosen defaults for the presentation of a new track created via Add Track (+ key)?

These are the ones I'm referring to:

So, IOW, if I wish to have all new tracks by default set up with a particular set of those things checked/unchecked, can I accomplish that?

If so, what is the technique? If not, I offer the idea as a possible future enhancement.
