Tonic chord at 5th bar (tried adjacent position - no change) is not imported,

(Not such problem dropping in Waveform, FL Studio, or Sekaiju midi editor)

EDIT: It was late when I discovered this, but went back this am. It happens dragging the mid file of that progression. So here that is to test with.

You are right. But the way chord analysis works I see the reason why this happened. The 'chord' before the 5th bar is not a real chord, it consists of only F#3, C#4, F#4. The program does not assign 2-note chords, so it joined the notes with notes in the next container to form a sensible chord (III6).

:idea: I think a special 'chord import' mode has to be added which does not try to do all sorts of combinations with the notes just like for real phrases to guess the chord; when notes explicitly describe the chords, just like in this case.
