yea man! I wanted to grab my guitar and just jam along to those.. hehe But, can't as everything all packed up at the moment. I did do "air guitar" though.. lol (that's when you pretend you are playing along).. I'd like to suggest some tips to make your drums "pop" out though. What I do is buss the drums to a channel an EQ out the lows and boost the highs and add it back into the mix with the original. It gives the cymbals more punch and makes it crisper. It's called parallel processing.. If I have the time, I separate every drum to it's on track for this.. but, it takes time and is tedious..

i need to get more experienced with the real drums for sure,
especially doing multi channel real drum mixing task is just pfffft! to me (for now i hope)
but the parallel processing is that the thing i can try quickly!

I've been playing this game "The Sinking City" inspired by the books of H.P. Lovecraft so i thought i'd dedicate my newest humble musical attempt to that as to me it somehow has those themes of the ocean and madness in the face of the enormous... or it's just notes and sounds and stuff, and my imagination enjoying the little crazyness of imaginary worlds
