New request
Noted, currently midi note off's are sent w/a velocity value equal to the associate note on's velocity value. This may be useful/cause issues w/any particular player.
It would be nice the have a (track?/global?) switch to send all note off's w/velocity value of zero.

Would like a shortcut for
'Remove silence at end of selected phrase(s)'
(Double slicing now..)
OR (perhaps better for your methodology)
'Pad to phrase size at end of selected phrase(s)' - fills to next bar time
Phrasing from performance stream - not sync'd to anything until phrase creation sets start position... NOTE:
Slicing from timeline inspector(good), as 'Split Selected Phrases at Playback Position' ( \ Global) doesn't seem to be working...
EDIT:
Slicing from timeline inspector(custom shortcut possible = great!)
That is Workspace > Split Selected Phrases at Playback Position' ( \ Global) doesn't seem to be working...
Import max length = 999

Interesting, I never thought of that. Isn't Channel 10 always a dedicated percussion channel by General MIDI??
Honestly I have not seen a MIDI file in the last 30 years that had chords on channel 10...

Yes, always a dedicated percussion channel by General MIDI, but I/anyone can export midi files from DAW that aren't intended to be GM.
Know you have priorities. Seemed a simple switch.

Hi yellukhan,
no, only "replace composition" or "add new part" is possible at the moment.
Thanks,
Attila

It is my supposition the horizontal zoom works to reduce the percentage of view. Working in a large file it is never possible to get 'close' to a small region.
Also, at max zoom becomes 'twitchy' and can't get a thumb grip, only resize.
Would be nice if at some 'smallish' percent, it could become bar/beat derived. Also, at max zoom becomes 'twitchy' and can't get a thumb grip, only resize.

I think it is more convenient to use Ctrl+horizontal drag or Ctrl+mousewheel over the timeline for zooming than the sliders below.

You can move the playhead by one bar with the Shift+left/right arrows.
You can also drag the playhead, the composition will scroll smoothly at the left or right edge.

Yes aware of all that. Those movements are too large for the context noted.
(Details: Import is 1383 bars, zoomed view is ~5 bars, snap @ 1/256 Can zoom to sub-bar view, but full phrase positioning becomes PITA)

Minor thing
It seems to me
If when creating a phrase from content
I cut into a note such that I remove the note on
the body of that note is lost Could it be possible to 're-place' the note on into the now shortened note? (Does seem to happen at the end/note off, though more 'automatic' there...)
Perhaps as
Setting
'Truncate phrase note(s) for start cut'

It would be nice if zooming maintained the playhead view position...

Hello everybody !
Look: Simple and beautiful idea of the arpeggiator !!!
And I liked this program:
Visual graphical division of octaves on the keyboard
and built-in browsers to the main window (well as an option!)
