So I bought this upgrade instruments pack from IK, two days ago now, but I still cannot get it to work!!

I can see all the sounds, I can even select an instrument, but then, the keybed section (lower half of the screen) gets (sorta) greyed out, and even the external keyboard, (connected properly as all the previous sounds were all working), cannot play anything, no controllers work (IE, volume, pan etc etc) and these work in my regular ST library...

Sent tech support request, nothing. Posted at the IK Multimedia forum, nothing!

Has anyone here experienced these issues with the Pro Pack?
