I love the sound of the Academic Grand. When I play it in the UVI Workstation (latest) everything is fine, but when loaded in Falcon (also latest) a lot of loud clicks and plops appear.
Windows 7, 64 Bit tried in Standalone

Have you reported this to UVI? It's very odd that there is a difference between the two of them...
Was the previous build of Falcon working correctly? Are you sure you are using the same buffer size on the two?

Yes, same buffersize.
What I noticed: the clicks and crackle start when I go to the edit page in falcon and start editing there (I tried to narrow the stereofield there - putting the low notes more to center - as it is too wide for my liking).

Ok, so that might not have anything to do with the latest version of Falcon, but maybe of the fact that the keygroups are selected when you play and all of the modulations/filters, etc are displayed.
When the edit is not open, then all of that computation is not done, so it is probably normal.
