I picked up VTines MK1 a few days ago after owning B-5 and Clavi D9 for a while, and liking them.
The VTines sound and feel are excellent, however I can't figure out how to save the comprehensive "Preferences", which support things like tine height and pickup distance, either "by note" or for "all notes" - superb, except every time I run VTines (either standalone, or as an AU plug) the Preferences are reset to the defaults.
I have tried saving both from within the Plug, saving the Multi from UVI W/S, and saving as a Patch in Ableton Live, and then saving the Set.
Anyone know the correct procedure - I've written to AcousticSamples Support, but still waiting for a reply.

I'm not sure what's wrong here... But everything gets saved using the save button from the front panel... or using the save multi or by saving a session... All of them work. Did you get it sorted with our support?
