Unwanted perc sound when turning perc on with Version 2.2 new

I just upgraded to 2.2 on top of latest UVI.
Preset key B.
Percs off
When I click the Percs button to ON I hear the perc play without hitting a note on the keyboard. It plays the perc sound for whatever is selected with the Percs harm select button.

Also, is it normal for keys C3 and D3 to be shaded on the keyboard also those notes are not being played.
