License import issues in Reason 11

Hi;

New owner of EVE-MP5. I download the license, and try to import it, and I constantly get this error. Is there a known solution for this? Support is emailed as well about this. Screenshot is attached. Thanks for any help.

I think I replayed, you can activate it by copying the license manually in
/Users/User Name/Music/Audio Music Apps/Kuassa/ Licenses
