I have used the Revo Uninstaller Free and have been happy with it. I assume it does a great job at uninstalling programs. After uninstalling a program I ran Revo and it found files that should have been deleted but were not.
Got a new Music PC and will be installing a lot of programs so I am looking for the best way to un-install unwanted or flawed software. So now looking at Revo Uninstaller Pro which monitor installations so will do a better job uninstalling. It’s on sale now for $20.
My question: Use the free Revo or the get the Revo Uninstaller Pro or another app?
Does it also uninstall VST plugins?

Revo is great however it will not detect/uninstall VSTs manually dragged into your plugins dir.

I don't think any uninstaller does that? Anyway, another vote for Revo Uninstaller, I purchased the Pro version a couple of years back.Alchemedia wrote: ↑Sun Apr 21, 2019 10:22 pm Revo is great however it will not detect/uninstall VSTs manually dragged into your plugins dir.

Thanks for suggesting the Bullcrap Uninstaller. Bulk Crap Uninstaller.
It seems like a good app but would like a comparison to help me decide.
I suppose I will have to use the VST uninstaller for VST's.
Do you think be ok to have both Bulk Crap Uninstaller and Revo installed at the same time?

I downloaded and installed Bulk Crap Uninstaller.
Looks very complete and well organized.
Don't have a need for it right this minute to test it.

Revo Uninstaller has worked good for me, free or paid.

Revo or Ccleaner
Revo does a more thorough job but after the uninstall of the program it searches for left over files which can be harmful to remove when it gives a list of reg keys to delete if you don't know what you're looking at

I use mostly Revo Uninstaller although CCleaner Pro also has a good uninstaller coming with it.
