Hi folks,
I've built a new PC (finally upgrading from my 6-year old machine). Running Intel i5, 8 GB Ram, Windows 7 64-bit.
I've reinstalled all my VSTs (or at least the ones I still care about). Most of them work fine, but a few don't appear in Live's plugin folder. Among those not appearing, of course, is VAS 2010 v.2. (To be clear, the VSTs ARE all installed -- they seem to work fine under REAPER.)
I've searched Ableton's support and found that some VSTs don't appear because of a permissions issue. They advised running Live as Administrator. I've tried that, but it did not solve the problem.
Any ideas? I'm fresh out at this point.
