Fix for crash with Live 8 on Windows 7

All the VAZ plugins will crash in Live 8 (or any other host with runs "as invoker") on Windows 7 (or I assume Vista). This is due to me assuming that the common application data folder would be read/write as on XP... a manual fix is to set Full Control permission on the VAZ ini files. I will address this problem in a future update.

The ini files are:
C:\ProgramData\VAZ Synths\VazMod\VazMod.ini
C:\ProgramData\VAZ Synths\Vaz2010\Vaz2010.ini
C:\ProgramData\VAZ Synths\VazPlus\VazPlus.ini

This fix is now applied by the latest installers: VAZ Modular 3.20 beta 21, VAZ 2010 2.10 beta 7 and VAZ Plus 2.10 beta 9.
