I will declare first that I've studied the music of Vangelis now for over 30 years...just so you're aware!
Overall I enjoyed it - atmospheric and very 1970s eletronica.
At times it was definitely a little bit more Tangerine Dream and then Kraftwerk than Vangelis to my ear , but that didn't really matter.
The Vangelis voice over...I might've kept it to just the very beginning and then the very end...for me it went on a little bit too much.
Sounds were generally good, but needed a bit more oomph at times...the mix seemed a little bit flat in terms of its soundstage.
Good listen though - thanks for posting.

Ich War Hier - curious.. why this title..."I Was Here" I think it means, doesn't it?

I love the track. I appreciate the inclusion of Vangelis to this, yet I am with CM on this.
Mostly it felt German, maybe a little French, but certainly not Greek or even Italian synthesis for that matter.
EDIT: Wait wait wait...I apologize. You ARE from Germany.
This is a fantastic German tribute to Vangelis! And it is a little heavy on the vocal sample. But otherwise, great!

I enjoyed this tribute to The Master. The interview snippets were very well chosen. The fact that your music is not mimicking his style is not an issue in my opinion.

Perfect intro to a Jarre concert, with Vangelis speaking, lol
