So it will soon be February. And it will soon be the Super Bowl, here in the U.S. I don't watch the Super Bowl, but some of the commercials are nice. They're like mini movies, some of them, and they're short. 30-60 seconds tops. Hey, that gives me an idea for February's contest. 60-second limit, write a commercial / jingle / backing track for a product, real or imagined (and let us know what the product is). It's short, like February!

Sound like fun, perhaps doing more than one track.

Like it. There was a very similar contest on the FL forum a while back (my doing I recall....). I would be inventing a new product this time though. No reprise of the promotion of, 'Donkey Nuts'. :scared:

Yeah, we could definitely do multiple entries per person this month.

Sounds fun. I think I'm gonna write a promo jingle for better weather.
To be is to do — Socrates.
To do is to be — Jean-Paul Sartre.
Do be do be do — Frank Sinatra.

I'm wondering if I could summon up enough creative power to try and sell the Lancashire 'delicacy' of 'smack barm pea wet' :scared:

Ambitious endeavor Donkey. Maybe a trap beat behind it?

Post

I am good at making jingles. I should do one for
‘Birdseed Wine’
‘Birdseed Cookies’
For bird people music genre Ariadne?
‘Nyom Enyoms’
Maybe put a polka beat behind it?
I want to make an advertisement music jingle
‘Birdco, where the great Tonga Monga people go to get their supply of toy birds’ or ‘Nyom Enyoms, chocolate Lactaid milk cookies for the lactose intolerant’.
I want to make a few. I could make one where there is a bass and drums, and one with a whole beat behind it with bass, drums, accordion, electric piano, synth lead, and bagpipes.
I’m getting M1 Collection, so that should be coming soon.
Many paid and free VSTs as well as Kontakt libraries. As well as HW synths/drum machine and acoustic instruments.

Nearly. It's the water that processed peas come canned it. You can get it on your chips, or if you have it on bread (a 'barm cake') it's called a 'smack barm pea wet'. I have no idea. :help:
