I second the opinion that the music asks for more development. Some example that comes to mind (because of the resemblance in the atmosphere) is the theme from Inception.

I didn't really mind the fact that there was not much development here. The track was less than 2 minutes in length. It would make a great "link" track on a ProgRock album, or possibly an intro to a longer piece. Reminded me of something that Supertramp might have put on "Crime of the Century".
