i was tryna programme them and sounding robotic
i even have decent sounding drum samples
i may start using more drums in future

Here's a tune I recently finished working with some other guys on Kompoz. I totally encourage everyone to venture out and collaborate. It doesn't always work out but when it does, everything just clicks. Plus you get to work with other musicians who are better at their craft than you are as a producer trying to do everything yourself.

Sounds very professional, although I don't understand if you did the mix or if it was an collaboration? I joined Kompoz as I was listening to your track, but I haven't examined that site yet. (But yes - It's hard to be an expert in everything. I'm very pleased with the tune I'm working with right now, for the October contest. Rock song with a rather melodious chorus. The arrangement is OK as well, but it sure could be better…)
