Hi all,

I wanted to give you a heads up that we'll be slow to answer customer support emails emails until about November 3rd due to the Kincade fire in Sonoma County, CA.

If you haven't received a response in a day or two, don't worry, we've received it and will try to respond as soon as possible, but are dealing with the challenges of the mandatory evacuations and widespread power outages. I really appreciate your patience!
