Trouble Installing Samples

I keep getting an error message that I don't have enough space on the drive I'm installing the samples for Evolution Jumbo 12 on; I have 4 TERABYTES of free space. I had this problem a few years ago, but I can't recall what the solution was. I'm using Windows 7.

Is that the amount of free space on your system drive? I'm just wondering if it's trying to extract the RARs in a temporary folder on your system drive, and then copy them to the destination afterward.

That's the free space on the external drive I'm trying to extract to. Maybe I do need to have more space free on my system drive, even if that's not the files' final destination. I'll give it a look.
We got some company, so I've been away from the computer for a bit. I just checked, and there's only 1.56 GB free on my system drive, so that may be the problem. I think that was the trouble the last time I got this error message. That's the trouble with getting old; my memory isn't what it used to be.

The free space on my system drive was the problem. I've got Jumbo 12 and Infinity installed. Now, I'm having trouble authorizing them...
NI's Service Center wouldn't let me enter all of the letters and number for my serials, so I installed Native Access. It seems to have installed properly, but the program won't run; after clicking on it, nothing happens. I think I may have to ask Native Instruments support about it.
Edit: I found the solution on NI's site. Native Access installs with compatibility set for Windows 8; changing that to Win 7 has it starting fine. Both products are registered now, just trying to get Native Access to find where Infinity's samples are installed.

Ah, interesting--thanks for the tip about compatibility, that's good to know.

I thought some others might find it useful. I'm still having trouble with Native Access not letting me install Evolution Infinity, but I'll keep plugging away. When I click on 'install library' and direct it to the right folder, the install button is grayed out. If I select any other folder, it tells me that it's wrong, which make sense. I guess I need to go back to NI's support page.
