How to stop overtone after notes stop ??

Hey guys, I have Stratosphere and I am using a heavy distortion sound from instarock preset and love the tone but everytime a note ends I get this horrible overtone sound.. How do I stop this ???

That might be the automatic fret noise, you can turn its volume down in the interface's Setup tab.

Its more like a short feedback of like 2 seconds with any ending note or cord, I would put an audio clip up but don't know how.

Could it be part of the release samples? You might try turning the release sample volume all the way down to see if that has any effect on the sound you're running into.
