First Time User - Invalid Serial for Native Access?

Hi everyone,

I was lucky enough to discover the evolution Rock Standard pack which was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased it after seeing a nice big 60% off the original price, and downloaded it immediately. Once downloaded I entered the serial provided via email into Native access and received this message 'The serial 'xxx' does not belong to a known product, contact support.

I've now done that, but I'm waiting on a response. Has anyone else ever had a similar instance? If so, was it resolved? I'm eager to try it out & I'm worried as a first time user as this has never happened with previous purchases from other plugins developers.
