Limit CC Range?

Anyone know if there is any way to limit CC values in the same way as we can limit velocity values in Cantabile 2? For example, let's say I want to control a VSTi's parameter with a slider on my midi controller but I want to be able to limit the range the slider will affect the parameter, both positively and negatively. Any way to do this using any of the midi filters in Cantabile?
