scl to nka converter

There's either something not right about the output of the converter or the Microtuner script has a bug.

If you take the riley_albion.scl file, which is this :

(Which is also the same '10 New Albion(12).nka' preset in the supplied bundle)

Its missing 2 scale degrees. 5 and 10 are missing, they just play the same note as 6 and 11.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help fix it
