working in ableton v6!
i have had a couple of crashes tho,
-the same thing happened in both reaper and ableton
Unexpectedly the instrument that is being 'arp'ed' will change to a
new preset sound (that instruments presets, not arp's) and then the host crashes completely. It was a different instrument each time..
I'll see if it happens again

Oh really? If you can provide any more details that would be good, was it ARP that crashed or the instrument receiving? Was it the same instrument? Also where you using the internal program change box when this happened? If it is disabled there shouldn't be any program changes going through as long as the program change thru button is unlit. Yep if you could help me recreate it I can take a look.
