Andy, is it possible to toggle-start/stop the sequencers. Starting them with a key press and stopping them with the next. I can't seem to find it, just start/stop when I hold a key down.

Yes you can change the mode on the sequencer screen there is a mode option, can't look right now, but if you don't find it let me know. I think 'sticky' mode is what you are after.
