Synth Squad: Strobe issues on Cubase open existing project

If I open an existing project on Cubase (7.5 or that I used Strobe in, for some reason Strobe kicks out 100% 0db white noise, and it's unkillerable. Happens every time rendering using strobe useless for anything

It may happen with other 2 of the synth squad but I only use strobe at the moment

I have done a fresh install (for other reasons) yet problem remains and persists.

Any ideas?
