EasyQ How to install in VLC?

I want to be able to use EasyQ to filter some room mode frequencies but I don't know what program to use it in.
I normally use VLC for playing music and it would be most convenient for me if I could continue with it, but if that's not the case, I am open to suggestions of what would work.

If anybody can help me with a method to install it in VLC would be obliged. Many thanks in anticipation
